This garden cart had seen many years of use, and the plywood was showing its age. Measurements were taken, and new pieces were cut from marine plywood. The new pieces were made entirely from measurements as the original cart was in continual use far from the workshop. Edges and holes were sealed with epoxy, and the entire piece was finished with a deck stain. The new parts were brought up, and the cart was disassembled and reassembled with new stainless hardware. There were only one or two holes that had to be adjusted on-site. The newly exposed surfaces were finished, and the cart was back in operation within a few hours.
